Dr. Nadia is the head of the TSC's Department of Biology. In the Enclave, she worked for a cure for ghoulification, restoration of vegetable life to pre-war conditions, and other projects similar to the GECK.
After the Enclave ordered her to create biological weapons, she defected out of disgust.
She and Ayumi Tanaka, the Civilian Affairs Coordinator, are the most pacifistic members of the Starship Council. Also, she and Tanaka are the only women on the Council.
Dr. Nadia has an antagonistic work relationship with Dr. Nylus, who she believes is a ruthless bastard.
