Lieutenant Jason Bell was an officer of the TSC. He was the administrator of the Commander's speech in Rivet City.
During the attack by West Coast chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel, he was killed by Brotherhood commandos, along with Sergeant Hawk and Private Ruiz, two members of Artemis Team, along with a large number of civilians.
