Underworld entrance
Underworld is a small ghoul settlement in the Capital Wasteland that is under TSC protection. When the Commander made alliance with Truman , the TSC cleared a road from Rivet City to Underworld in order to get more supplies.
It is said it had a riot after TSC occupation, but it was "taken care of".
