Tenpenny Tower is a settlement in the Capital Wasteland that is under TSC protection. It's run by an ex-mercenary; Allistair Tenpenny , assuming he has not been killed by ghouls, in which case it will be run by Roy Phillips.
It's the only known hotel from the Pre-War days that is still in use as an actual hotel in the Capital Wasteland.
